It consists of a wireless network of sensors that are deployed and connected to a central command room in the airport, which continuously monitors the Personalized Passenger Assist card (PPA).

The PPA stores a passenger’s complete flight information, passport details, baggage tag numbers, and, where mandated by security agencies, biometric data. For visibility of airport staff, the solution determines location from their mobile tablet device. 

The PPA provides the passenger information regarding their flight status, gate, time along with retail offers and other relevant information to enhance their travel experience.
